These Terms and Conditions govern the use of clear-choice-lab.com and of the educational content of Clear Choice Lab S.R.L.
1. Purpose
Clear Choice Lab offers educational materials, guides and accompaniment in personal and small-business finance. We do not provide regulated financial advice or intermediation of banking products.
2. Use of the site
By using the site you agree to do so in accordance with the Bolivian legislation in force, in good faith and in compliance with these Terms. Any use that may harm the system, other users or third parties is forbidden.
3. Intellectual property
The texts, guides, images and materials published belong to Clear Choice Lab S.R.L. Personal reading and citation with attribution are permitted. Any commercial reproduction requires express authorisation.
4. Responsibility

7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of La Paz, unless consumer regulations provide otherwise.
